At Imagine Spirits, we are proud to introduce Amarena — a small-batch liqueur born from the cherry tree that grows in the garden just outside our distillery. Inspired by the enchanting landscape and rich culinary tradition of the region, we decided to craft something truly unique using these local amarena cherries.

Only 120 bottles of this special release have been produced. The cherries undergo a slow, natural maceration process lasting six months, allowing them to release their intense aroma, delicate bitterness, and natural sweetness. The result is a liqueur with depth, elegance, and a taste that lingers — a true sensory journey.

Amarena reflects the spirit of Imagine Spirits: authentic, handcrafted, and rooted in local heritage. Whether served chilled as a digestif, or used to add a touch of refinement to cocktails or desserts, it delivers a memorable experience in every sip.

TASTING NOTES

Nose – Bright and aromatic, with ripe cherry notes layered over subtle hints of almond blossom and wild herbs.

Palate – Silky and well-rounded, offering rich fruit flavors with a touch of tartness and gentle bitterness. A natural sweetness unfolds into notes of red fruit compote and a whisper of spice.

Finish – Elegant and persistent, leaving a refined trail of cherry skin, a trace of citrus zest, and a soft herbal echo.
